Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased from Yonda Global Trading Inc. The 30-day period begins from the date you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.

2. Eligible Items

The following items can be returned within 30 days: Standard furniture items (sofas, chairs, tables, beds), Home decor accessories, Lighting fixtures, Small furniture pieces. All items must be in resalable condition with original tags and packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: Custom-made or personalized furniture, Clearance or final sale items, Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly, Products without original packaging or missing parts, Items marked as "non-returnable" at time of purchase.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return: 1) Contact our customer service at support@yondaglobal.com or call +39 3508707164. 2) Provide your order number and reason for return. 3) Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. 4) Pack the item securely in original packaging. 5) Ship the item to our return address (provided with RA number). 6) Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will: Send you an email confirmation of receipt, Process your refund within 5-7 business days, Refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

7. Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item: Contact us immediately at support@yondaglobal.com, Provide photos of the damage, We will arrange for pickup or provide a prepaid return label, Full refund or replacement will be provided, No deductions for return shipping on damaged/defective items.

10. Late or Missing Refunds
